| 1.两两比较发现化疗(chemotherapy)后CR+ PR组、SD组、PD组血清标志物(serum tumor marker)浓度均不相同，CR+PR组浓度最低，PD组最高。2. ΔCt与ProGRP mRNA的表达量呈负相关，即ΔCt值增加，表示ProGRP mRNA 表达水平下降，反之则表达上升。可以改变句子结构，只要意思表达清楚即可，另外确实是因为没有金币了，所以悬赏有些少，谢谢了！ |

1.两两比较发现化疗(chemotherapy)后CR+ PR组、SD组、PD组血清标志物(serum tumor marker)浓度均不相同，CR+PR组浓度最低，PD组最高。 Through pairwise comparison, we can find that after chemotherapy, the serum tumor marker concentrations vary among CR+PR group, SD group and PD group, wherein, the CR+PR group exhibits the least concentration of serum tumor marker, while the PD group enjoys the highest concentration 2. ΔCt与ProGRP ,mRNA的表达量呈负相关，即ΔCt值增加，表示ProGRP mRNA 表达水平下降，反之则表达上升。 The value of ΔCt is inversely correlated with the expression quantity of ProGRP and mRNA. (i.e when ΔCt value increases, the expression of ProGRP and mRNA will decrease; and ΔCt decreases, expression will grow) |
