An evaluating index system for the green strength of the Reverse Logistics of Home Electrical Appliances is made clear. with the combination to the practical situation of one manufacturer of home electrical equipments in Changsha City, overall merit of green strength for the company has been conducted using FAHP(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. Proposal for implementing Reverse Logistics in the national manufacturer of home electrical equipments is provided.
