求助 2015 Small Young Innovator Award奖项的填报

最近在帮忙准备National Centre for Nanoscience and Technology, China and Wiley-VCH.支持的 2015 Small Young Innovator Award的申报，其中要求需要包括 The submitted nomination package must include: (1) A nomination letter (1 page) (2) Curriculum Vitae (2-pages maximum) including birth date. (3) List of significant publication history (2-pages maximum) (4) Research summary statement highlighting key research discoveries and their impact (1 page) (5) Letters of support from two established scientists familiar with the nominee's qualifications and area of research. 其中第一条提名信应该怎么写呢，查阅网上都说提名信应该是别人题名，但是第五条是有同行推荐意见，若是找同行写提名信似乎有重复了， 求大神给点意见，谁申请此奖或者有申报英文奖项的提名信模板给我一份也可以！感谢 解决再另散金币，谢谢 |
