Vegetable insulating oil has attracted widespread attention for its high flash point, good insulation performance and ease of degradation. However, the unsaturated fatty acids contained in the oil resulting in its poor stability, which need to add some antioxidants to ensure its using. This paper established a method for determination the content of antioxidants in vegetable insulating oil by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). A good linear relationship between concentrations of 3 analytes (PG, BHA, BHT) and their peak area were achieved over the range of 0.1~0.5 mg/mL with correlation coefficients (R2) were higher than 0. 999; the limits of determination (LOD) ranged from 0.003 to 0.01mg/mL and the limits of quantization (LOQ) ranged from 0.01 to 0.033mg/mL; spiked recoveries of blank samples were ranged from 98% to 108% and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were less than 4%. The method was successfully applied in the determination of antioxidant content in the commercialization FR3 and tests displayed high recovery rate and high accuracy. Çó°ïæÈóÉ«£¡Ð»Ð» |
