电磁焊接和爆炸焊接的原理类似，均依靠两金属间的高速碰撞，属于固相焊接。爆炸焊接适合大尺寸件的焊接，而且速度较快，可以达到900m/s，容易形成金属间化合物。 已有的关于内管厚度的研究是通过试验获得了某一特定能量下不变形的临界厚度，没有揭示影响内管临界厚度值的因素，另外试验法确定的临界值仅仅是试错法得到的，缺乏理论指导。 |
