| 在本研究中，内管材料是应变率不敏感材料，一旦内管发生塑性变形，则焊接失败。因此，在推导临界厚度的过程中，我们认为内管不允许出现大变形，采用了准静态模型去描述和计算磁脉冲内管的临界厚度问题。另外，磁脉冲焊接的动态作用主要是体现在外管上面，在推导过程，计算外管对内管的作用力P是采用速度和密度以及声速几个参数计算出来的，因此认为作用力P是考虑了动态效应之后的。而且，针对材料的屈服强度，也是考虑了动态效应的。用了一个准静态模型去描述和计算动态问题确实不够严谨，在未来工作中，我们会考虑应力波对内管、外管的动态响应问题。 |

Therefore, in the process of deducing the critical thickness, in order to avoid the large deformations emerging inside of the tube, we adopted a quasistatic model to describe and calculate the critical thickness of the magnetic pulse inner tube. In addition, the dynamic effect of magnetic pulse welding was mainly reflected by external tube, in the deducing process, the force P that the external tube act on internal tube was calculated by adopting such parameters as speed, density and sound velocity. Therefore, the acting force P was believed to be convincing, not only for the consideration of dynamic effects by adopting various parameters, but also on for the consideration of dynamic effects according to the material yield strengths. Indeed, it is not fully rigorous to describe and calculate the dynamic issues by a quasistatic model, in our future work, efforts will be paid to the dynamic response of stress wave upon internal and external tubes. |
