投稿PCCP两个月收到审稿意见，两个审稿人，给了大修，看来看去，只有一条意见，不知道好不好 REVIEWER REPORT(S): Referee1: Comments to the Author This manuscript addresses on the behavior of amyloid beta peptides on the GM1/sphingomyelin/cholesterol mixed membrane. From the fine measurement of Raman spectrum and careful interpretation of Raman peak shifts, 。。。。。。。。 Major;A scheme for the formation of aggregates and the conformational transform of amyloid beta is proposed in Fig. 7. This figure is an important summary of their spectroscopic study. Three stages are drawn after amyloid beta binding. I wonder if these stages correspond to the incubation time in the measurement, 6h, 12h 24h. It will be helpful for readers to synchronize these three stages with the incubation time and to suggest the Raman peak assignment schematically if possible.
