问欧洲化学封面文章操作流程

本人近期中了一篇欧洲化学，编辑来信说被选作封面文章。原文如下： Congratulations ! According to the evaluation of referees the results reported in your article are "highly important" or even "very important". Less than 10% of our manuscripts receive such a positive review. We recommend that you tell the publicity/press department of your institute about your publication and the excellent reviews that it has received; a press release could be possible. Furthermore, you are welcome to submit graphical material suitable for display on the outside or inside covers or Frontispiece of Chemistry-A European Journal. Manuscripts that have received such positive recommendations are favored in our selection process. Since there is a close competition for the cover, it is absolutely necessary that the proposal fits our layout. The Cover and Frontispiece galleries are available at: cover gallery Frontispiece gallery. Please note that there is a color charge of Euro 1300.00 for the outside cover, Euro 1000.00 for the inside, inside back, or back cover; the frontispiece opening the Communications/Full Paper section incurs costs of Euro 595.00.
