有人投了2015年的ISNN会议吗？

投了2015年的ISNN会议，这几天给我发了邮件，这是发给我的邮件，这意思是接受了吧？不太清楚啊，好像是让我改格式，但是LaTex还有 RTF是什么格式啊？不太懂啊，另外，有一起去的人吗？大家讨论一下啊 You have already received the comments by the reviewers in a previous email.
