求助审稿人这一句话是什么意思？

二审让小修，意见如下： Dear Editor, I have examined the revisions made by... In their revisions, the authors have addressed all of the points made in the review. I suggest granting conditional acceptance of the paper, subject to the authors (i) having the manuscript reviewed by a technical editor so that the writing is improved; and (ii) making satisfactory revisions as clarified below. Revisions: 1、... 2、.......3、.........15、...... 总共十几条语法句子修改意见。 我不明白 审稿人，是让我找一个技术编辑修改写作，还是跟副主编说的？ 副主编的decision letter写到： I agrree with one of the reviewers, who suggested conditional acceptance of the paper, subject to the authors (i)having the manuscript reviewed by a technical editor so that the writing is improved; and (ii) making satisfactory revisions as requested in this second review. Please take that advice as a pre-requisite for acceptance! The reviewers' comments can be found at the end of this email or can be accessed by following the provided link. |
