The pervaporation characteristics during the desalination of seawater were evaluated with pervaporative NaCl solutions (all experiments with NaCl concentration of 3.5 wt %) using a lab-designed and lab-assembled PV test apparatus. The pervaporation temperature was maintained at 25&ordm;C, 40&ordm;C, 60&ordm;C, and 90&ordm;C, and the feed pressure was maintained at less than 0.1 MPa depending on the PV temperature. For the pervaporation process during the desalination of seawater, the disc-shaped NaA zeolite membranes (diameter = 40 mm, thickness < 10 mm) were sealed in membrane modules. The circulating feeds were usually on the top surface of the self-supporting zeolite side such that the concentration polarization would be minimized. The water vapor was condensed and collected by liquid nitrogen trap. The concentrations of Na ions in the collected permeated solutions were analyzed using ICP to obtain the ion % rejection.

采用实验室设计的和实验室组装的PV试验装置,用渗透蒸发NaCl溶液对海水脱盐期间的渗透蒸发特性进行了评价(全部试验用3.5wt%浓度的NaCl)。渗透蒸发温度维持在25 & ordm;C,40 & ordm;C, 60 & ordm;C,和90 & ordm;C,输送压力取决于PV温度,维持在0.1 MPa以下。扁圆形NaA沸石膜板(直径=40毫米,厚度<10毫米)封装于膜组件之中用于海水脱盐期间的渗透蒸发操作。 通常是循环输送至自承沸石侧面的上表面以使浓差极化能够为最小化。水蒸汽浓缩并通过液氮冷阱收集。使用ICP分析收集的渗透液中Na离子的浓度以得到离子%截留率。
