随着国内外对能源连续不断需求,国内轻质原油储备消耗日益增加,常规原油的产量逐步减少,迫使各大油田开采稠油来替代常规原油的消耗。开采稠油将要面临的问题是稠油具有黏度高、成本高、油层渗透阻力大、流动性差等缺点,致使储存及输送需要消耗大量的费用。所以,在保证稠油输送安全的前提下,降低稠油储存及运输费用的问题亟需解决。 With the continuous exploitation of successive development and demand for energy, light crude oil reserves of domestic consumption increases day by day, conventional crude oil gradually reduces, forcing each oilfield to replace the conventional crude oil with heavy oil. The exploitation of heavy oil will be faced with the problem of heavy oil with high viscosity, high cost, the permeability resistance, etc., resulting in a large amount of money for storage and transportation. Thus, on the premise of safe transportation, problems like heavy oil storage and transportation expenses need to be settled immediately. 随着国内外对能源连续不断的需求,国内外轻质原油储备消耗日益增加,常规原油的产量逐步减少,使得各大油田开采稠油来替代常规原油的消耗。因此,如何高效、经济地输送超稠油引起了人们的重视。本文针对某油田超稠油采用掺稀输送工艺,采用RS300旋转黏度计对该油田掺柴后超稠油进行了黏温特性、流变特性、凝点及稳定性实验研究。实验结果表明,当掺稀量达到25%时,被测油样凝点不再发生变化,且具有较好的流动性、经济性及稳定性。 With the continuous exploitation of successive development and demend for energy, light crude oil reserves of domestic consumption increases day by day, conventional crude oil gradually reduced, forcing each company to replace the conventional crude oil instead of heavy oil.Therefore, how to efficiently, economically transporting super heavy oil has attracted people's attention.In this paper, the use of a dense oil blending light transportation technology, using RS300 viscometer after the oil has been mixed with diesel super heavy viscosity-temperature characteristics, rheological properties, pour point and Experimental Research stability. The results showed that when mixed with dilute reached 25%, measured sample solidifying point no longer change, and has good liquidity, efficiency and stability. 谢谢各位大神了!!! |

This forces big oil fields to extract heavy oil. The problems associated with heavy oil are high viscosity and poor fluidity, which leads to higher resistance to move this product, thus consequently higher costs for storage and transportation. In this paper, we characterized a light oil-blending and transportation process for super heavy oil used by an oil field. By using a RS300 viscometer and other instruments, we studied the diesel-super heavy blend for the viscosity-temperature properties, rheological properties, solidifying temperature and stability. The results showed that the measured solidifying temperature remains constant when the super heavy oil was diluted with 25% diesel,, and the blend has good fluidity, stability and the process has good economical efficiency. |
