Science最新发现——拥有20%转换效率的formamidinium lead iodide基钙钛矿太阳能电池

韩国Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology的Sang Il Seok教授，通过用formamidinium lead iodide (FAPbI3)取代传统的methylammonium lead iodide (MAPbI3)作为光吸附材料，取得了超过20%的太阳能转换效率，相关结果发表在了最新一期的science上，名为“High-performance photovoltaic perovskite layers fabricated through intramolecular exchange”。 formamidinium lead iodide (FAPbI3)拥有比传统methylammonium lead iodide (MAPbI3)更为宽广光吸收的能带结构。一般来说，钙钛矿薄膜的光电性质与其沉积膜的质量密切相关，所以沉积密集而且均一的薄膜对于构筑高效的钙钛矿太阳能电池非常重要。在这个研究中，Sang Il Seok教授团队报道了一种基于分子内部交换的方法来沉积制备高质量的FAPbI3 films。通过这个方法制造出的FAPbI3薄膜，沿着(111)晶向定向生长，拥有大颗粒密集的微米结构，表面平整且无残留的PbI2。通过使用这个材料作为光吸附剂，该研究团队可以制造出光电效率超过20%的太阳能电池。 The band gap of formamidinium lead iodide (FAPbI3) perovskites allows broader absorption of the solar spectrum relative to conventional methylammonium lead iodide (MAPbI3). Because the optoelectronic properties of perovskite films are closely related to film quality, deposition of dense and uniform films is crucial for fabricating high-performance perovskite solar cells (PSCs). We report an approach for depositing high-quality FAPbI3 films, involving FAPbI3 crystallization by the direct intramolecular exchange of dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) molecules intercalated in PbI2 with formamidinium iodide. This process produces FAPbI3 films with (111)-preferred crystallographic orientation, large-grained dense microstructures, and flat surfaces without residual PbI2. Using films prepared by this technique, we fabricated FAPbI3-based PSCs with maximum power conversion efficiency greater than 20%.  1.jpg  2.jpg  3.jpg |
