在补肾益髓方含药血清干预细胞后，BSYS组外泌体个数明显高于NC、MO组，具有统计学差异（P ＜0.05)。但是MO组与NC组比较没有明显降低。不具有统计学差异。 结论：1、补肾益髓方药对低血清致 SH － SY5Y 细胞存活率有明显升高，可以促进神经的再生，对细胞损伤确有显著的保护作用。2、补肾益髓方药促进SH-SY5Y细胞分泌外泌体，从而达到细胞再生修复作用。 在补肾益髓方可以不用翻译 |

After the cells were treated by drug serum, the number of exosomes in BSYS group was significantly more than that in NC group and MO group, where there was the statistical difference occurred （P ＜0.05); While comparing the number of exosomes between NC group and MO group, there was no significant difference, and no statistical difference occured. Conclusion.Conclusion: 1 the kidney-and-heart-nourishing prescription can improve the survival rate of SH － SY5Y cell in low serum, and enhance the regeneration of neuron, playing a significant role in protecting cells from being damaged. 2 the kidney-and-heart-nourishing prescription can stimulate the secretion of exosomes, so as to realize its function of repairing tissues and regenerating cells. |
