| 以拟薄水铝石高温焙烧制取的γ-Al2O3为载体,利用Ce(SO4)2-H2SO4 溶液浸渍法用对γ-Al2O3改性,制备Ce-SO42-/ Al2O3固体催化剂。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、N2吸附-脱附等分析方法对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明活性组分的负载对载体Al2O3的结构产生了较大的影响,由原来的片状结构变为粒状结构,比表面积增大,BET测定的比表面积为346.3m2 /g。颗粒堆积后产生介孔范围的孔道,平均孔径约为5.29nm。将Ce-SO42-/ Al2O3催化剂应用于催化合成乙酸正丁酯具有良好的催化活性,当冰乙酸与正丁醇的物质量比为1:1.0,催化剂用量为0.375g(相当于冰乙酸的质量的5%)反应3h,酯化率可以达到93.42%。 |

| In this research, the boehmite was treated by high-temperature roasting, producing the γ-Al2O3, which was then modified by Ce(SO4)2-H2SO4 solution impregnation method into the Ce-SO42-/ Al2O3 solid catalyst. And the soild catalyst was characterized by analysis methods such as x-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy(IR), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and N2/adsorption-desorption. The results show that the active component load exert a great influence on the structure of Al2O3 substrate,such as structure changing from laminated structure to granular structure, and increased specific surface area that was measured as 346.3m2 /g by BET. After particle accumulation, channels were produced within the mesoporous range with average aperture of approximately 5.29nm. The Ce-SO42-/ Al2O3 catalyst can play a good effect in the synthesis of acetic acid n-butyl ester, in particular, when the substance ratio of glacial acetic acid and n-butyl alcohol is 1:1.0, with the addtition of 0.375g catalyst (equals the 5% of glacial acetic acid mass) , after reaction for 3h,the esterification rate can reach 93.42%. |
