| 但是昂贵的价格、阻燃和抗静电性能差严重限制了这一材料的进一步应用。本文选用廉价的水玻璃对聚氨酯注浆材料进行改性，研究了水玻璃与聚氨酯的共固化行为。考察了邻苯二甲酸二丁酯DOB及催化剂的含量对注浆材料固化时间和蓄热温度的影响；预聚体的种类及含量对注浆材料黏度及力学性能的影响、结合SEM测试结果分析了剪切速率对注浆材料双组份的影响，并对固化机理进行了初步探索。 |

The further application of this material was severely limited by its expensive price and poor fire retardance and anti-static performance. The co-solidified behavior of water glass and polyurethane was investigated in this paper based on the modification of polyurethane grouting material by using cheap water glass. The effects of the contents of DOB and catalyst on curing time of grouting material and heat storage temperature and the prepolymer variety and content on viscosity and mechanical properties were studied in tihs paper.Then, the SEM was used to analyze the effect of shearing rate on two-component of grouting material, and a primary exploration of curing mechanism was made at last. |
