论文早上投出去，下午就收到拒稿信，大家帮我看看还能投不？ 已有19人参与

降低要求投了一个很一般的SCI期刊，没没想到早上投出去，下午就收到了这个拒稿信，头一回被妙拒啊。。。。 大家帮我看看是什么意思？修改一下还能投这个期刊吗？ We are writing to inform you that we will not be able to process your paper further.
