该如何向国外大学索要基因

最近的研究需要建立某类基因的库,而其中大部分基因已经被成功构建. 为了避免重复劳动,想尝试发邮件向老外要,因为听说学校有些实验室就成功要到的.而且从文献上来看,很多研究的基因都是来自于XX惠赠. 想问大家有没有这方面的经验.需要注意一些什么?另外,有没有这类邮件的模板可以给我. 谢谢! |

本人原创的，已经成功索取两个载体，而且是免费的，对方直接邮寄过来的，很好啊！ Dear Prof.xxx, I want to get plasmids, expression vector xx and promoter-probe vector xx , which your lab construted , from the article " xxxxxxxxxxxx" , you released in Microbiology in 2001.
