multifunctional drugs是多功能药物，是通过hybridization手段得到，所以不是单一的药物，其效果比相加作用要好。在药理学中两种药物联合应用有相加或协同作用的概念你大概知道吧，这里提到了相加作用（Additive Effects）。 pan是泛、全的意思，具体到你的例子中是指HDAC的泛抑制剂，或者光谱抑制剂。如果你对HDAC有所了解的化，它有很多类型，各有特异性，而panHDAC则能够不加选择的抑制所有类型。 |
