其实国外的大学，一般都是有硕博全文数据库免费给大家使用，只要你细心，
就一定能够找的到。
下面的大部分我都经过验证，但是不排除由于我个人的原因，造成你使用上的不便。（主要是太多了，我基本上都是给你那个serach的页面，头有点大了），也许有些网站，你上不去，那请你就告诉我，我会给你另一个链接页面，那样
也方便了别人。。

由于编码的问题，这里都是官方语言为英文的那些大学的硕博全文数据库。即使有些不是的话，你也可以使用英语search。
