[求助] 求大神帮忙翻译一个摘要,急急急!!!

膀胱癌是一常见的恶性肿瘤,位列男性最常见实体瘤第四位。膀胱癌经尿道膀胱将肿瘤切除后,需灌注治疗以预防复发,其中灌注卡介苗(BCG)被公认为预防膀胱肿瘤术后复发的最佳方法。但该法中,BCG在膀胱中的停留时间仅为1小时,即随尿液被排出体外,严重影响了其疗效,且毒副作用大。前期研究中发现Co-60γ射线辐照法是一绿色高效的合成技术,其引发衣康酸与壳聚糖接枝共聚,产物既有壳聚糖的性能,又赋予其水溶性、静电纺丝性、吸附性和温敏性等功能。因此,我们拟用静电纺丝法或低温机械球磨法将其对BCG和磁性Fe3O4进行负载,以便灌注时在体外磁场作用下将BCG实现靶向贴壁吸附,延长BCG的停留和释放时间,防止立即随尿液被排出体外,以及壳聚糖的抑菌性和磁性体在交变磁场作用下的热效性对BCG的药效产生协同作用,均有利于提高BCG药效而减少其用量,降低毒副作用。本课题研究结果将为预防或治疗膀胱癌提供新思路和新靶点。

Bladder cancer is a common malignant tumor,  ranked 4th in the most common solid tumors in males.  After the removal of the tumor by bladder transurethral resection ,  to prevent recurrence, it is necessary to use perfusion treatment.  Bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG) is recognized as one of the best prevention method for  recurrence after surgery of bladder cancer. However, one of the shortcoming of this method is the short residence time of BCG in bladder, which only last for 1 hr.  That is,  it will be flashed away as urine is excreted, limiting its efficacy, and it is associated with some serious side effects. Previous studies found that Co-60 gamma ray irradiation method is a green and efficient method that triggers the cross-linking between itaconic acid and Chitosan, resulting a product  that has the properties of chitosan, and provide water-solubility, electrospinning, adsorption and temperature sensitive functionalities.Therefore, we intend to use electrospinning method or low temperature (or cryogenic如果用零下温度) mechanical milling method to load BCG and magnetic Fe3O4 to the chitosan derivative, in order to achieve targeted adherent adsorption of BCG to the bladder wall perfusion under external magnetic field , to extend the retention and release time of BCG,  and to prevent instant flash away along with the urine excretion. The properties of bacteriostasis due to chitosan, and the magnetothermal effect under the action of an alternating magnetic field can produce a synergistic effect that boosts the  efficacy of BCG treatment and reduces the dosage needed to minimize side effects. The results of this research will provide new concepts and targets for the prevention and treatment of bladder cancer.
