[求助] 期刊回复的membership fees and printing charges是什么意思啊 已有1人参与

本人第一次头SCI期刊，编辑回复信如下：
It is to acknowledge the receipt of your article entitled ……
Also send a certificate that this article or its data has not been/will not be sent to any other journal for publication.
Further it is to inform you that there is a processing, membership fees and printing charges of US$ 150 for each author. You can remit the charges after the Approval of the article by Wire Bank Transfer, Western Union and PayPal.
求教第3段什么意思啊？membership fees and printing charges是什么啊，是accept的收费吗？该如何回复为好啊？

信全文It was pleasant that you chose one of the journals of ARCC group to publish your work with.
It is to acknowledge the receipt of your article entitled “……" for printing in our journal. For any correspondence, please quote our Ref. No. B-333 for this article in your letters and email.
Also send a certificate that this article or its data has not been/will not be sent to any other journal for publication. Further it is to inform you that there is a processing, membership fees and printing charges of US$ 150 for each author. You can remit the charges after the Approval of the article by Wire Bank Transfer, Western Union and PayPal.
我现在只需send a certificate吗

是的，写个证明信就行，自己写也行。说明文章是第一次投稿，数据没投过其他杂志。

编辑回复中还有一句Meanwhile, kindly inform the subject area of specialization of your article to send it for further Review process.
请问是要求告知文章的专业领域还是从事的专业领域，麻烦了。
