铜离子胁迫对火龙果种子萌发的影响 本实验以火龙果种子为研究材料, 设置了6个铜离子浓度(20、40、80、160、320、520 mg/L)和对照处理, 在实验温度为(25+2℃)下恒温培养,对不同浓度的铜离子胁迫条件下火龙果种子萌发的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、发芽指数及胚根和胚轴生长量进行观测分析, 探讨了铜离子胁迫影响火龙果种子萌发的原因。研究结果表明:铜离子胁迫下, 火龙果种子发芽势、活力指数均总体呈下降趋势, 发芽率、发芽指数随着铜浓度的增大表现出先逐渐升高后降低的趋势,并且在40 mg/L时达到最高,低浓度的铜离子溶液对火龙果种子的发芽率和发芽指数都有促进作用,但高浓度的则表现为抑制作用,当浓度到达520 mg/L时,种子几乎不发芽,发芽的几颗也表现出子叶、胚根、胚轴发红的铜中毒现象。随着铜溶液浓度的增加,对胚根,胚轴的抑制作用也逐渐增强,且对胚轴的抑制作用比胚根明显。 关键词: 铜离子,胁迫,火龙果,种子萌发,发芽率,发芽势 不同浓度NaCl处理对荔枝幼苗生长特性的研究 |

The results showed that, it described a general trend of descending in germination potential and vital index, the germination rate and germination index increased prior to decreasing with the increase of Cu2+ concentration, and the maximum values were reached at 40 mg/L, which indicated that lower Cu2+ concentration could promote the germination rate and germination index, had inhibitory effect at high concentration, when concentration reached 520 mg/L, the seed hardly germinated, even several luck seeds germinated, its cotyledons, radicle and hypocotyl were showed the copper intoxicating phenomenon with red. With the increase of Cu2+ concentration, the inhibiting effects to radicle and hypocotyl were gradually strengthened, and the inhibiting effects to hypocotyl were more obvious.
