投稿被拒，原因看不出来，杂志是Journal of Hazardous Materials，跪求大神帮助，现在还需要去撤稿吗？还是直接转投，投期刊和会议都可以吗？ Your manuscript has been reviewed and is being declined for publication in Journal of Hazardous Materials.
