为了研究鼠伤寒沙门菌crp缺失株对HeLa细胞黏附和侵入的影响,本实验对培养好的鼠伤寒沙门菌SL1344和SL1344Δcrp株进行连续稀释,随后涂板计数,计算原菌液的CFU;对培养好的HeLa细胞调至每孔4×10^5CFU,然后接种于6孔板中,过夜培养后计数;将处理好的细菌悬液以感染复数(MOI)100:1加入到6孔板中,培养2小时,PBS洗涤后用胰酶消化,然后取细胞悬液100uL连续10倍稀释,挑选3个稀释度进行涂板计数,计算黏附率;而侵入试验是在攻毒后,用10%血清和100ug/mL的庆大霉素的DMEM培养基培养攻毒后的细胞,随后用裂解液处理该细胞,接着进行对比稀释,挑选3个梯度进行涂板计数,计算侵入率。实验结果显示,在黏附试验中,SL1344菌株的黏附率为0.155%,SL1344Δcrp株的黏附率为0.12%,差异显著(P<0.05)。在侵入试验中,SL1344菌株的侵入率为0.1%,而SL1344Δcrp株的侵入率为0.08%,两者的侵入率相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明crp缺失株对HeLa细胞的黏附率与侵袭率均发生降低,表明crp缺失株的致病力发生了减弱,本试验为研制安全有效的鼠伤寒沙门菌疫苗以及疫苗载体奠定了基础。

In order to study the effect (or significance) of crp mutantion of Salmonella typhimurium on adhesion and invasion activities to HeLa cells , we first determined the bacterial titers of Salmonella typhimurium strains SL1344 and SL1344Δcrp by  series dilution, coated the agar plates,  then counted the colonies, from which the CFU of the stocks were calculated;

HeLa cells were seeded at 4 * 10 ^5 cells/well in 6-well plates , cultured overnight, cell numbers were countered again.   Cells were added with bacterial suspension at the multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 100:1, incubated for 2 hours, washed with PBS, followed by trypsin digestion, then the cell suspension of 100uL were serially diluted with 10-time dilution, 3 dilutions were selected and did bacteria culture on agar plates and counted for colonies, from which the adhesion rate was calculated.
而侵入试验是在攻毒后,用10%血清和100ug/mL的庆大霉素的DMEM培养基培养攻毒后的细胞,随后用裂解液处理该细胞,接着进行对比稀释,挑选3个梯度进行涂板计数,计算侵入率。
The invasion rate was measured after killing the uninfected bacteria with 100ug/mL and gentamicin in DMEM  with 10% serum (for 多久 XXhrs?) ,  the cell lysates were prepared, then did series dilution, 3 dilutions were selected and did bacteria culture on agar plates and counted for colonies, from which the penetration rate was calculated.
实验结果显示,在黏附试验中,SL1344菌株的黏附率为0.155%,SL1344Δcrp株的黏附率为0.12%,差异显著(P<0.05)。在侵入试验中,SL1344菌株的侵入率为0.1%,而SL1344Δcrp株的侵入率为0.08%,两者的侵入率相比差异显著(P<0.05)。
The experimental results show that for the adhesion test, the adhesion rate for strain SL1344 was 0.155% and for strain SL1344 , it was 0.12%, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). For the invasive test, the  invasion rate for strain SL1344 was 0.1%, and for SL1344 Δcrp it was 0.08%, the difference for the two was significant (P < 0.05).
结果表明crp缺失株对HeLa细胞的黏附率与侵袭率均发生降低,表明crp缺失株的致病力发生了减弱,本试验为研制安全有效的鼠伤寒沙门菌疫苗以及疫苗载体奠定了基础。

谢谢提醒。其中cfu是菌落形成单位。其中有几个就句子有误。正确地为:1.对培养好的HeLa细胞调至每孔4×10^5CFU,然后接种于6孔板中培养;2.而侵入试验是在加入6孔板培养2小时后,用10%血清和100ug/mL的庆大霉素的DMEM培养基培养培养1.5h,随后用裂解液处理该细胞,接着进行对比稀释,挑选3个梯度进行涂板计数,计算侵入率。
顺便帮忙翻译一下。

CFU 通常用于描述细菌的数目,因为它们个头太小,没法用血球计数板数,而是要等细菌长成菌落后菌落数。
真核细胞一般用用血球计数板数, 所以应该 cells/ml作单位。请确认。我两种都翻一下,由你选择。
