咨询 INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS ON CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDING RESEARCH

想请鉴别一下次会议 http://www.edificacion.upm.es/congresos/III_coinvedi/ 本人不打算投全文 但是他们的摘要好像是有ISBN号的（Abstract e-Book with ISBN） 是不是意味着就会出版 但是会议说明又说可以投之前的发表成果 写法不同就好（ Although abstracts based on data that have been published previously can be accepted (especially from recent publications), please note that writing must differ from the one used in those works, so as to avoid violation of the rights of the copyright holder of such an abstract.） 这算不算一稿多投呢 谢谢 |
