【摘要】静脉全身麻醉新概念的提出大大地改变了临床麻醉的实践,发达国家已有60%的手术可在门诊完成,这首先应归功于新一代静脉麻醉药的出现,使我们多年追求的目标逐渐成为现实。丙泊酚(2,6-二异丙基苯酚),作为一种静脉麻醉药应用于临床已经12年,以其起效迅速、作用时间短、清醒快、易于控制和不良反应少等特点,被麻醉医师广泛运用。本文对丙泊酚脂肪乳注射液的高效液相色谱分离条件的选择、样品溶液的制备、分析方法有效性等进行试验,建立了此药物含量测定及有关物质的HPLC法,该方法简便、快速、重现性好、分离效果好,能够很好的测定丙泊酚注射液的含量及有关物质,为丙泊酚注射液研究、生产、贮存过程中产品质量分析提供更为简便快速的检测手段;为更好的控制产品质量,改进药典分析方法提供参考。
