摘要：目的：分析我院急诊患者滞留状况，为加强急诊患者分流，改善急诊拥挤现象，提高急诊医疗服务质量提供依据。方法：采用急诊信息化数据库，对我院2014年11月至2015年2月急诊滞留时间超过48小时的患者进行回顾性分析。结果：1.2014年11月至2015年2月我院急诊滞留超过48小时的患者231人。2.滞留患者以神经系统、心血管系统、消化系统等疾病为主，主要以神经内科、神经外科、心血管内科、消化内科等科室患者为主。3.患者滞留原因主要与逐步完善检查明确疾病诊断和病房床位紧张有关等因素有关。结论：我院急诊滞留情况较严重，需要急诊医务人员、患者与家属、各专科病房、医院等各方面努力。 关键词：急诊信息化，急诊滞留 |

Abstract: Objective: to analyze the patient over-stay situation for patients seeking emergency services in our hospital, to introduce a patient diversion mechanism to ease the overcrowding situation in the emergency room, and to provide a basis for the improvement of the quality of emergency medical care. Methods: We used the emergency visit information database to retrospectively analyze the patients who had stayed in emergency room over 48 hours during the period of November 2014 to February 2015 . Results: 1.During November 2014 to February 2015, 231 patients had stayed in our hospital emergency room for more than 48 hours. 2. The patients mainly had issues with nervous system, cardiovascular system, digestive system and other diseases, more specifically, mainly in the areas of neurology, neurosurgery, internal medicine(cardiovascular) , internal medicine (gastrointestinal). 3. the main reason for the over-stay is related to the need for improving the diagnosis procedures and solve the shortages for the hospital beds and other factors. Conclusion: The hospital currently has a serious over-stay issues in the emergency room, it needs cooperative efforts from medical staffs in the emergency room, patients and their family members, other hospital specialties departments and the hospital to ease the situation.
