Position：Project Manager (Full-time) Location：Beijing Purpose of Position 1、To develop and deliver projects associated with the development of capacities and products. Key Tasks 1、Reporting to the Clinical Improvement Lead ofChina, the key tasks of this critical role will include: For the initial stage •Manage project scope, progress, communication, resources and outcomes throughout plan, implementation and evaluation stages; •Coordinate the quality assurance work together with Clinical Improvement Lead, particularly in translation projects; •Compile and document project reports; •Manage smooth communications and meetings with internal and external members; •Support other work streams of China. For the future •Subject to performance and evolvement of projects, the above can be extended to include other tasks such as product development, business development, marketing and training; Requirements •Good business language skills in both English and Chinese, speaking and writing are essential; •Excellent communication skills: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques; •Good problem solving, teamwork, planning and decision-making skills; •Certificate/training/experience in medicine is desirable; •Certificate/training/experience in editing is desirable; •Experience of working in International companies is desirable. 联系方式： 0571-28291505 gaoqj@dxy.cn |
