ÊÔÒ»ÏÂ: Ce0.8Zr0.2O2¡¢Ce0.8Zr0.15La0.05O¦Ä coating was coated on the surface of iolite cellular ceramic support by impregnation method, and active Pd component was introduced into the coating to furnish the preparation of monolithic catalyst. The catalyst coating Ce0.8Zr0.15La0.05O¦Ä¡¢Ce0.8Zr0.2O2 bound strongly to the support, which had good anti-oscillation property. Dopped La3+ promoted the high temperature stability of CeO2-ZrO2 coating and increased the specific surface area. Furthermore, the dopped La3+ made CeO2-ZrO2 solid solution form more oxygen vacancies and caused the reductive temperature of high-temperature calcination catalyst coating Ce4+ to decrease about 60¡æ, thus making the catalyst have more excellent catalytic activities and high-temperature stability. Pd/Ce0.8Zr0.15La0.05O¦Ä/ supported catalyst and the monolithic catalyst coated by Ce0.8Zr0.2O2¡¢Ce0.8Zr0.15La0.05O¦Ä had similar catalytic activity of low-temperature £¨500oC¡¢700 oC£©calcination, while at high calcination temperatures £¨800 oC¡¢ 900 oC¡¢ 1000 oC£©, the latter was obviously more active than the former, which indicated that the catalyst had more high-temperature stability. Therefore, Ce0.8Zr0.15La0.05O¦Ä coating owned better performance than Ce0.8Zr0.2O2 as the coating for removing volatile organic compounds £¨VOCs£©. |
