| Ni - P chemical plating has special electrical and magnetic properties and excellent corrosion resistance. It has been widely used in manufacturing practice. Different from common methods used for studying the rate of nickel deposition by chemical plating, this graduation design studied the processing of plating deposition of Ni - P/nanometer SiC composite layers under the influences of foreign fields. By using electrochemical analysis, metallographic analysis and a series of other methods, the deposition rate for plating in different reaction systems (such as assisted with a magnetic field or ultrasound) was studied. We modified the processing of nano-chemical plating and improved the plating quality with innovation. |
