摘要：采用乙醇注入法制备尼群地平脂质体。以包封率为考察指标，对影响尼群地平脂质体包封率的因素卵磷脂的量、胆固醇的量与搅拌水化时间三个因素进行考察，采用正交设计对尼群地平脂质体的制备工艺进行优化，以确定最佳制备工艺。最佳制备工艺下制得的脂质体加入冻干保护剂后于冰箱中-20℃条件下冷冻24h，再于-50℃条件下真空冷冻干燥12h得到冻干粉针。 关键词：乙醇注入法；尼群地平；包封率；正交设计；真空冷冻干燥 |

| Abstract: Liposomal nitrendipine was prepared by ethanol injection method. Using encapsulation rate as an indicator, the following three factors, the amount of phosphotidylcholine, the amount of cholesterol and stirring-hydration time, were evaluated to determine the influence on the liposome encapsulation rate of nitrendipine. The liposome preparation method was optimized based on an orthogonal design to determine the best preparation process. The liposomes prepared under optimized condition were added with cryo-protectant, and frozen in a refrigerator at - 20 ℃ for 24 h, then lyophilized for 12 hrs under - 50 ℃ to produce freeze-dried powder for injection. |
