[求助] 帮助翻译几句摘要

1.随着健康理念的深入人心,食客们对饮食的需求趋向多元化。茶叶的安全性逐渐成为时代的焦点问题。
2.首先参照国内外标准,先对天狮牌减肥茶加乙腈进行萃取,经过匀浆混合,离心收集上清液。再分别通过固相萃取柱Envi-18,Envi-Carb和Sep-pak氨丙基柱,对甲基毒死蜱进行富集,收集液用水浴锅减压浓缩。此种方法即可以降低茶叶的基质效应,又可以削弱功效成分的不利影响。浓缩后的样液用正己烷溶解萃取,经过三重四级杆气质联用仪分析,检定。

1. With eating healthy are getting more popular, diners look for more diversity in what kind of foods they eat. The safety of tea gradually become to people's attention in this era.
首先参照国内外标准,先对天狮牌减肥茶加乙腈进行萃取,经过匀浆混合,离心收集上清液。再分别通过固相萃取柱Envi-18,Envi-Carb和Sep-2.
Following domestic and foreign testing standards, we first extracted the Tian-Shi brand weight losing tea with acetonitrile, homogenized, and collected supernatant after centrifuge,  and did sample preparation using solid phase extraction columns Envi - 18, Envi - Carb and Sep-pak amminopropyl columns, to enrich methyl chlorpyrifos. The collected liquids were concentrated with a water-bath under reduced pressure. By using this method the baseline matrix effect of tea can be minimized. This also reduced the adverse effects from active components in the tea. The concentrated samples were further extracted with n-hexane,  then analyzed and validated with a Triple Quadrupole  GC/Mass Spectrometry instrument.

With being healthy becomes ever more popular, diners look for more diversity in what kind of foods they eat. The safety of tea gradually come to people's attention nowadays.
