将镉处理和非镉处理的紫叶芥蛋白质进行分离提纯,分析差异蛋白,共得到十三种,本论文着重研究丙糖磷酸异构酶(tpiA)。运用生物信息学方法,对紫叶芥tpiA基因及其编码蛋白质序列进行了初步分析得到了基因与蛋白质研究相关的一些基本参数。结果表明tpiA基因序列由1268个碱基组成,编码长度为312aa的蛋白质。tpiA蛋白分子量大小为35637.5Da,等电点为8.14.。疏水性分析结果表明tpiA蛋白不具典型的疏水区域,为亲水性蛋白。tpiA具有多种二级结构形式,其中α-螺旋占33 .29%,无规卷曲占39.44%,是典型的(α/β)8结构。在SWISS-MODEL服务器中三维建模后,再在Viewer Lite 4.2软件中进行序列编辑,得到tpiA蛋白的三级结构。本文还对tpiA基因进行同源基因进化分析,结果显示紫叶芥的tpiA基因与芜菁(Brassica rapa)、山嵛菜(Eutrema salsugineum)、亚麻荠(Camelina sativa)、荠菜(Capsella rubella)的相关基因均有较高的同源性。

Triose-phosphate isomerase(tpiA), one of the 13 differential proteins that were separated and purified from cadmium treated and non-cadmium treated purple-leaf mustard  protein, was emphatically studied in this paper.
运用生物信息学方法,对紫叶芥tpiA基因及其编码蛋白质序列进行了初步分析得到了基因与蛋白质研究相关的一些基本参数。
For getting some  relevant essential parameter of gene and protein research, the gene and its protein-coding sequences of tpiA were preliminary analyzed based on the bioinformatics method.
结果表明tpiA基因序列由1268个碱基组成,编码长度为312aa的蛋白质。tpiA蛋白分子量大小为35637.5Da,等电点为8.14.。
Results showed that tpiA, which was composed by 1268 bases, was a protein with the encoding length was 312aa and the molecular weight and isoelectric point of which were 35637.5Da and 8.14., respectively.
疏水性分析结果表明tpiA蛋白不具典型的疏水区域,为亲水性蛋白。tpiA具有多种二级结构形式,其中α-螺旋占33 .29%,无规卷曲占39.44%,是典型的(α/β)8结构。
The results of hydrophobicity analysis showed that tpiA, a hydrophilic protein with no typical hydrophobic region, was a representative (α/β)8 structure protein with  various secondary structures, among which α-helix l structure accounted for 33 .29% and random coil  occupied 39.44%.
在SWISS-MODEL服务器中三维建模后,再在Viewer Lite 4.2软件中进行序列编辑,得到tpiA蛋白的三级结构。
tpiA tertiary structure was obtained through three-dimensional modeling in SWISS-MODEL server, fellowed by sequence editing using Viewer Lite 4.2 sortware.
本文还对tpiA基因进行同源基因进化分析,结果显示紫叶芥的tpiA基因与芜菁(Brassica rapa)、山嵛菜(Eutrema salsugineum)、亚麻荠(Camelina sativa)、荠菜(Capsella rubella)的相关基因均有较高的同源性
The analysis of homologous gene evolution of tpiA gene was also conducted in this paper, and the results showed that tpiA gene of purple-leaf mustard  has higher homology with Brassica rapa, Eutrema salsugineum, Camelina sativa and Capsella rubella.
