[交流] 焊接 论文英文摘要求指教更正

摘 要:采用不同热输入对12mmSS400中厚板进行焊接,通过对焊接接头过热区、正火区及不完全正火区晶粒长大程度与组织变化情况的分析,研究焊接热影响区及各子区宽度、组织、硬度随热输入的变化规律。试验结果表明,热输入为9.6~22kJ/cm进行焊接时,HAZ及各子宽度变化较小,基本保持在2mm左右。当热输入大于22kJ/cm时,HAZ宽度随热输入的增加而增加,尤其正火区宽度大幅增长。此外随着热输入增加,过热区组织中片状珠光体减少,逐步形成粗大的魏氏组织。同时,接头硬度峰值逐渐升高,局部软化区逐渐扩大,使接头性能变差。

Abstract: The 12mm SS400 medium plate is welded in the ways of different heat Input, through the analysis of the growths of grains and microstructure variation on coarse grain heat-affected zone(CGHAZ),fine grained heat-affected zone(FGHAZ)and incomplete normalized zone, to study the changing rules of width,microstructure and microhardness in welding HAZ and all sub-areas with the variation of heat-input. The result shows that when it welded in the heat input of 9.6~22kJ/cm, the SS400 has a small impact on the width of HAZ and all sub-areas, which maintains about 2mm. While the heat input is more than 22kJ/cm, the width of HAZ will increasing, especially leads to the substantial increasing of width in FGHAZ. Morever, with the heat input increasing lamellar pearlite in incomplete normalized zone microstructure will decrease and form widmanstatten structure gradually. Meanwhile, the hardness peak of joint will became higher and softened zone expands gradually, which make the joint property get worse.
