本文采用共沉淀法,以Zn(NO3)2和无水(Na)2CO3为原材料, 制备1%的Y3+和1%Eu3+分别单一掺杂和1:1比例共掺杂的纳米氧化锌粉体,借助于XRD、TEM、荧光光谱仪等测试手段分别对粉体的形貌、相组成和其光致发光性能分别进行了表征分析并对比。结果表明:掺杂元素钇和铕绝大部分都进入了ZnO 的晶格中,Y3+掺杂与Eu3+ 掺杂对纳米ZnO纳米粉体的晶型未发生任何改变,粒径都相对减小,发光强度也均有所削弱,而铕的削弱能力要比钇更强一些。对于按1:1比例共掺杂的纳米氧化锌而言,其发光强度的削弱在一定程度上被两种元素所均衡,呈现趋于两种单一掺杂中间的趋势。在红外波段吸收来看,掺杂Y3+ 的氧化锌峰值增大,而Eu3+ 掺杂的氧化锌峰值降低, 因此Y3+有更好的吸收效果, 共掺后,Eu元素在一定程度上起到了催化的作用,降低了Y3+对氧化锌的单一作用,从而降低了红外波段的吸收。

Zinc oxide nanoparticles powder doped with Y3 + (1%) and Eu3 + (1%), either  singlely or 1:1 mixture, respectively,  were prepared by co-precipitation method from Znc (NO3) 2 and anhydrous (Na) 2 CO3 as raw materials. The powder morphology, phase composition and the photoluminescence properties of these nano composites were characterized with XRD, TEM and fluorescence spectrometer methods, respectively. Results show that the  the vast majority of the doped  yttrium  and europium entered the ZnO lattice, and the  doping  did not change the crystal structure of ZnO nanoparticles. There were reduction in particle sizes and the luminous intensity, which is more apparent in yttrium-doped than europium-doped. For nano ZnO doped with the mixture at 1:1 proportion, the weakening effect is in the middle of that of individually doped. The   peak value of infrared absorption for  Y3+-doped zinc oxide increased, while the  peak value of infrared absorption for  Eu3+ -doped zinc oxide decreased, indicating that  the Y3 + has better absorption effect. For  the co-doped ZnO, Eu elements plays a catalytic role to a certain extent, reduces the dominant effect of Y3+ to zinc oxide, thus reduces the absorption value in  infrared wavelengths.
