检索中文文献有352篇，英文文献有47篇，经过严格的筛选纳入参考的文献有：中文20篇，英文5篇。对中文文献文拉法辛治疗抑郁症进行有效性评价，结果显示文拉法辛优于其他抗抑郁药物，且结果具有统计学意义[Z=2.43,95%CL=1.04(1.01,1.08)，P =0.02<0.05]；对英文文献分析结果依然显示文拉法辛优于其他药物，且结果具有统计学意义[Z=2.27,95%CL=1.09(1.01,1.18),P=0.02<0.05]；综合中英文文献结果与中英文独自分析一致，具有统计学意义[Z=3.31,95%CL=1.06(1.02,1.09),P=0.0 009<0.05]。文拉法辛的不良反应较轻，比其他药物更加安全有效。 |

Results showed that venlafaxine was superior to other anti-depression medications, which has the statistics significance [Z=2.43,95%CL=1.04(1.01,1.08)，P=0.02<0.05]； 对英文文献分析结果依然显示文拉法辛优于其他药物，且结果具有统计学意义[Z=2.27,95%CL=1.09(1.01,1.18),P=0.02<0.05]； The analysis of English literatures also confirmed the superiority of venlafaxine with statistics significance [Z=2.27,95%CL=1.09(1.01,1.18),P=0.02<0.05]； 综合中英文文献结果与中英文独自分析一致，具有统计学意义[Z=3.31,95%CL=1.06(1.02,1.09),P=0.0009<0.05]。 Combination with the independent analysis of Chinese literatures and English literatures, the unanimous results showed that it has the statistics significance [Z=3.31,95%CL=1.06(1.02,1.09),P=0.0 009<0.05]。 文拉法辛的不良反应较轻，比其他药物更加安全有效。 Compared with other drugs, venlafaxine was more safer and effective due to its lighter badness reaction. |
