[交流] 咨询大家托福、雅思、托业考试选择？

之前申请去美国普通访问，现在对方要求以下英语成绩：
TOEFL http://www.ets.org/toefl
IFSS requires a score of 65 or higher.

IELTS http://www.ielts.org/
IFSS requires a score of 6 or higher with no part of the test scored lower than 5.

TOEIC https://www.ets.org/toeic
IFSS requires a score of 600 or higher.

iTEP http://www.itepexam.com/
IFSS requires a score of 3.5 or higher.

我的情况就是之前上学的时候4，6级勉强通过，去年北外的CSC培训也是勉强通过考试。
听说方面应该是我的弱项吧。其实读写也不行。
上述考试没有了解，期望大家知道的给点意见，让我能低难度拿到DS2019.
