写的不错,值得做超电容的同志们参考。Paper-based supercapacitors (SCs), a novel and interesting group of flexible energy storage devices, are attracting more and more attention from both industry and academia. Cellulose papers with a unique porous bulk structure and rough and absorptive surface properties enable the construction of paper-based SCs with a reasonably good performance at a low price. The inexpensive and environmentally friendly nature of paper as well as simple fabrication techniques make paper-based SCs promising candidates for the future ‘green’ and ‘once-use-and-throw-away’ electronics. This review introduces the design, fabrication and applications of paper-based SCs, giving a comprehensive coverage of this interesting field. Methods for fabricating paper-based supercapacitors The methods for fabricating paper-based supercapacitors are categorized into three groups:1) Coating a conductive layer on the surface of paper; 2) Using methods such as ‘soak and dry’ to ensure the conductive materials permeate the cellulose network; 3) Using ‘paper-making’ techniques to allow molecular-level mixing of the conductive materials and cellulose fibers. Detailed discussion of specific methods, including 4.1 pencil drawing 4.2 chemical and physical deposition 4.3 dip coating and (vacuum) filtration 4.4 printing 4.5 paper-making technique 5. Recent developments of paper-based supercapacitors A comprehensive summary of paper-based supercapacitors is presented categorized by the three main fabrication approaches: 5.1 Surface coating 5.2 bulk mixing 5.3 molecular mixing 5.4 Paper-based in-plane structured supercapacitors are discussed as a highlight. 5.5 Application and integration efforts for paper-based supercapacitors 6.Conclusions [ Last edited by zyznjprc on 2015-5-17 at 10:25 ] |
