采用传统固相法制备(1-x)[0.95(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-0.05LiNbO3]-xBiGaO3 (简称KNNL-BG-x)压电陶瓷,研究铁电化合物BiGaO3对KNNL-BG-x陶瓷的相结构和电学性能的影响,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)、压电测量仪等,分析KNNL-BG-x无铅压电陶瓷的陶瓷的粒径大小、表面形貌、压电性能。结果表明:所有样品都呈单一相的钙钛矿结构,没有杂相,均为四方相结构,d33和kp的值都随着x的增大先增大后减小,在x=0.005处获得最大值:d33=280 pC/N,kp=49%,并且随着x的增加能够抑制晶粒的生长并且减小氧空洞,获得质密度高,晶粒均匀的产品

The (1-x)[0.95(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-0.05LiNbO3]-xBiGaO3(KNNL-BG-x) piezoelectric ceramic was prepared based on traditional solid-state method.
The effects of ferroelectric compounds to the phase structure and electrical performance of KNNL-BG-x were investigated ,
and the particle size, surface morphology and piezoelectric properties of KNNL-BG-x  lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were analyzed by XRD, SEM and piezoelectric measurement machine in this paper.
The results showed that all the samples possessed single phase perovskite structure with tetragonal phase structure and no  impurity phase.
The d33 and kp  increased first and decreased afterwards with the increase of  X. The maximum of  d33 and kp (d33=280 pC/N,kp=49%) were obtained at x=0.005. The product with high mass density and uniform crystal grains was preparated due to that  with the increase of  X, grain growth was inhibited and the oxygen hole was decreased.

文以Bi2O3、GaO2、BaCO3、TiO2、ZrO2和CaCO3为原料,采用传统的固相法,按照化学计量比制备(1-x)(Ba0.8Ca0.2)(Ti0.8Zr0.2)O3-xBiGaO3陶瓷样品,其中x=0.02、0.05、0.08、0.11,以求制得性能更好的陶瓷样品。主要运用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对其微观结构及其介电性能进行分析,并且对实验样品的制备及各个方面都进行研究,以求制得更为良好的陶瓷材料。
