Single cell organisms generate new individual by cell division. 多细胞生物，以细胞分裂的方式产生新的细胞，用来补充体内衰老和死亡的细胞。细胞增殖是生物体生长、发育、繁殖和遗传的基础。在本试验中使用XTT assay分析AIM2对细胞增殖的影响，发现AIM2可以抑制细胞增殖 Multicellular organisms use the same method to generate new cells in order to replenish aged or dead cells. Cell proliferation is the basis for growth, development , replication and hereditary. In this experiment, XTT assay was used to analyze the effect of AIM2 on the rate of cell proliferation and the results showed that AIM2 can inhibit cell proliferation. 。 |
