用超声波提取完的提取液用巴斯德吸管进行过滤的问题

我测得是颗粒物的的多环芳烃，用超声波清洗器对滤膜上的颗粒物中的多环芳烃进行提取，然后文献中有说用预先清洗过的巴斯德吸管对提取液进行过滤，说在巴斯德吸管里面加入玻璃棉和无水硫酸钠，然后进行过滤，我想问下这玻璃棉和无水硫酸钠怎么放在巴斯德吸管里面哈，还有这方法行不行哈？谢谢各位大牛哈。求助急啊。 原文：The extraction procedure was as follows. Each sample was extracted using 40 mL dichloromethane (UN1539;Merck, Germany) in an ultrasonic bath (DC400H; Delta,Taiwan) for 15 min, followed by a 5-min rest period. This extraction procedure was repeated three times to ensure a complete extraction. Extracted solutions were filtered through a pre-cleaned Pasteur pipette filled with solventrinsed glass wool (Sigma-Aldrich, USA), cleaned with anhydrous Na2SO4 (12–60 mesh; Mallinckrodt Baker, Inc., USA), and concentrated in a rotary evaporator with a thermostatic bath (Eyela, Japan) at T = 35C. |
