especially the membrane that was modified by grafting onto the surface of chitosan, compared with the original PU-PES,the adhesion amounts of its BSA and platelet were significantly reduced. The adsorption quantity of Ca2+ was slightly decreased after chitosan modified, which has little impact on the antithrombogenic properties of membrane. |
