[求助] 我在American Mineralogist上投稿后，编辑当晚就回复了，求大家帮我分析分析？

我按照邮件的内容把implications section补充了，图、表的占位符也去了，conclusion section也去了，发给导师看的时候说我压根没看懂邮件内容，求大家帮我分析下，我错哪里了？具体的邮件内容如下：
Thank you for starting a submission to American Mineralogist! The first step is that we do a basic check to ensure a smooth peer review process. In checking in your manuscript, it has come to our attention that the following must be addressed before we can begin the peer review process.

____Please remove all of the placeholders for the figures and tables.

___Papers should now end with an Implications section; fixing it now will prevent the editor's request later. More information about "Implications" can be found in the Information for Authors section 8 (http://www.minsocam.org/MSA/AmMin/instructions.html -- scroll toward the bottom of the page). We copy it here entirely for your convenience: <i>8) Implications Section [the concluding paragraph(s) of a paper]. Authors should follow their "Discussion" section with a final section titled "Implications". This section should be forward-looking; it is intended to provide authors with the opportunity to place their results into a broader context. That context should highlight the importance of the work, and emphasize relevance to and beyond the sub-discipline. </i>This section should not to be confused with a "Conclusions" section (which is not desired). The Editors will look to the Implications section to help judge whether a paper should be highlighted, and to judge whether a pape
r is
suitable for the journal. We also advise authors to report Implications within the Abstract.

This is a requirement for new papers; many papers being published earlier this year pre-dated this requirement. Authors can write "Implications" as they wish: in one paragraph, a few paragraphs, a bullet list -- everyone will have their own style of writing. Some examples are found but not limited by:
