分子印迹审稿人要求用元素分析及红外定性定量做一下聚合物双键转化率求助

审稿人意见如下：Although the morphological information of the prepared polymers were described, the results of chemical analyses were not indicated at all. It is doubtful that all the monomers including acrylamide and EDMA were reacted in the column. At least, an elemental analysis and FT-IR should be employed for the quantitative and qualitative determination of the prepared polymers. 基本的东西，我的单体是丙烯酰胺，交联剂是EDMA。 我的想法是，给出固定质量的聚合物，测得其具体的C,N质量，然后换算成物质的量，和用的原料中的单体及交联剂物质的量做个对比，得到双键的转化率。因为没有经验，不知道对不对，请有经验的高手指教一下。谢谢！红外精确度不是很高，根据文献，应该是找未反应的双键的intensity吧！ |
