| Although each hydroxylation site of steroid drugs 4AD is of chemical activity (Daijie CHEN,Baoquan ZHU,2006), the chemical method is not effective for designated introuduction of hydroxylation sites, while, the the microbial transformation method can solve the difficulties in chemical synthesis issues, introducing hydroxylation sites into 4AD, which will expanding the range of drugs that can be used in clinical research of high blood pressure and contraception. |
