Organization and Management of Physical Education
摘要：体育教学的 主要任务 是合理地安置学生、分配任务，确保学生 能够积极地参与任务、专注学习，进而 获得技能提高 和 终身体育习惯的养成。 完善的组织与管理 是确保有 效教学的关键，组织与管理技能的提高 需要时间的历练 和经验的积累，需要教师 不断地进行教学反思，不断地总结经验与教训。本文 通过 文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法和总结归纳法，依据 体育课程的 基本流程，对场地器材 的组织与管理、时间的组织与管理 以及 人的组织与管理 进行了 细致剖析，以期 能为体育课程 的有效教学 提供参考和借鉴。
Abstract: The main task of physical education is proper arrangement for students, and reasonable distribution of teaching tasks, ensuring each student to actively participate in the sports task, and to focus on study, thus improving the sports skill level and forming the habit of lifelong sports. An improved organization and management is the foundation for the effective sporting teaching, while to improve the organization and management of physical education need the test of time, the accumulation of experiences, the continuous introspection on sports teaching, and learning from failure experiences and lessons. In this paper, based on methods of documentations, expert interviews, logical analysis, summary and induction, we made detailed analysis on the organizations and managements on fields and equipments, on time, and on the individuals, in the hope of providing reference to the effective teaching of sports curriculums
