算是拿到了一个口头offer，但是对方

Thanks for your email. I am trying to work on some of these additional issues for you but it will take us time to see what are options. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX(中间这一堆回答了我对他实验室的一些问题) Please understand there are A LOT of requirements and hurdles that we need to go through for this to work (e.g. VISA to possible English testing) and these all take time and cannot be immediately resolved. These issues are new to me and others in my group and I have cc'd a member of my group (XXX实验室工作人员) to help ensure that we move in an appropriate manner on these topics. Many of these issue are NOT in my control and thus I have to consult with administrators to make sure that everything is done properly so that we can do this the correct way. I know that you need to make a decision but in many of these instances I have little control of the processes and I am trying to move this forward as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience. 对方之前给了口头offer，这封信是回答我对他实验室的一些问题。拿不到正式offer，心里总是不踏实。不知道是继续找呢，还是就完全等着对方发offer letter（听说过给了口头offer后又收回的悲剧），望大家给出出主意。 |
