前段时间将文章投到一个杂志的特刊，后来特刊编辑拒稿。但手稿状态是under review，我发邮件问了下助理编辑，回复如下： Dear XXXX, Thanks for your letter. Since we have received two contrary reports from reviewers, XXXX was rejected by our Guest Editor during the GE decision period, he thought it is not suitable for 特刊, while the paper is quite good and interesting. We have processed it as a regular paper and sent it to another Editor-in chief for checking. We will keep you informed about the status of your submission once our Editor-in chief make a decision on it. 这里的for checking 是继续审稿啊 还是主编直接做决定呢？现在的手稿状态是 under review |
