求大神翻译一段摘要啊，急求急求。。。

| 随着国内经济的不断发展，国内企业之间的竞争也是愈演愈烈。资产重组是资本市场永恒的题材，不光是我国，放眼世界也是毫无争议的，在现代尤为突出。中国的资本市场，是一个朝气蓬勃的市场，在这样一个大环境里，各种资本运作是接踵而至。阿里巴巴，上世纪九十年代由十八人创立的一家互联网公司，如今，已经成长为一家世界一流的企业，并不断的进行着自己资本帝国版图的扩张，触角已经由原来的B2C伸向了金融，文化，数码科技等领域，通过并购等方式收购了一大批国内的企业，阿里帝国的版图不断的在扩张着。2014年，阿里又收购了UC优视（UC是近几年阿里大力扶持的一家移动互联网公司），通过收购UC，建立了阿里UC移动事业群，在控制互联网流量方面又下了稳健的一步棋子，从而进一步巩固了阿里互联网帝国的地位。但是，这样的并购带来的效应不仅是正面积极，尤其是巨头间的博弈，往往是以中小型企业的发展空间作为牺牲品。中小企业的发展空间进一步被压缩，抓改革，谋发展，求生存，积极适应发展新常态才是未来前进的方向。 |
